Day At The Capitol 2024

Federated Exclusive
Cummins & White Reception

CFCA Day At The Capitol lets industry leaders get in front of members of the Legislature. During last year’s Day At The Capitol, members came together in Sacramento, CA attending close to 100 legislative meetings.

This is an advocacy opportunity for our members to meet, educate, and build relationships with their State Senators and Assemblymembers.

Each CFCA member will have the opportunity to meet with their representatives in their Capitol office to discuss issues currently impacting our industry in California.

Assemblymember Carlos Villapudua was born and raised in Stockton, and received his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento. Prior to being elected to the State Assembly in 2020, he served on the San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors for eight years. He spent this time fighting to keep the doors open at the County General Hospital to save healthcare in the County, and expanding both the Stockton Metropolitan Airport and the Port of Stockton.
