Like so many other businesses in California, theft has become a significant concern for our industry with the theft rate in our state reaching an all-time high. As fuel theft and retail theft have resulted in increased costs of operating our businesses in CA, this toolkit is aimed at raising awareness on why enacting stronger policies to prevent theft is crucial to the economy and the well-being of businesses in our state.
