Our trade show runs from 11:00AM to 5:00PM on Wednesday, September 6, and from 10:00AM to 1:00PM on Thursday, September 7.  To view our full schedule, please click here.

The cost of an exhibitor booth on the trade show floor is $2,900 before April 7, 2023.  After April 7, the cost increases to $3,100.

Table spaces are also available for $1,200.

Each 8' x 10' exhibitor booth space includes pipe and drape and a small company sign. The trade show floor is carpeted, and exhibitors have the option to rent furnishings and/or upgraded carpeting through GES, a third-party service.

Additionally, every exhibitor space comes with 2 full conference registrations, 10 Trade Show Only tickets, a list of PFCS attendees sent out 2 weeks before and after the conference, and access to at least 3 networking opportunities and the keynote session.

Each 2' x 6' exhibitor table space includes pipe and drape, a small company sign, and a 2' x 6' table with 2 chairs.  The trade show floor is carpeted, and exhibitors have the option to rent furnishings and/or upgraded carpeting through GES, a third-party service.

Additionally, every exhibitor space comes with 2 full conference registrations, 10 Trade Show Only tickets, a list of PFCS attendees sent out 2 weeks before and after the conference, and access to at least 3 networking opportunities and the keynote session.

Exhibitors have the option to add additional booth staff for $150 per individual.

Exhibitors can move in on Tuesday, September 5, between 10:00AM and 5:00PM and are free to pack up and move out on Thursday, September 7, after 1:00PM (when the trade show ends).

PFCS uses GES, a third-party vendor, for all trade show set-up, tear-down, and shipping logistics.

Any audiovisual, electrical, or rigging needs must be coordinated with Encore; they will also be the point of contact for booth-specific Internet connections.

Yes, PFCS will provide Wi-Fi for all attendees and exhibitors on the trade show floor.

All cancellation requests must be received in writing.

Cancellation requests received before August 4, 2023 will receive a refund of booth fees, less a 25% cancellation fee.

Exhibitor fees are nonrefundable after August 4, 2023, and any booth that is not paid in full by then may be released.
