Our trade show runs from 11am to 5pm on Wednesday, September 7, and from 10am to 1pm on Thursday, September 8. Please refer to the PFCS Schedule to see times for our other events.

The cost of an exhibitor booth is $2,200 before April 8, 2022.  After April 8, the cost increases to $2,400. 

Each 10' x 10' exhibitor booth space includes pipe and drape and a small company sign. The trade show is carpeted, and exhibitors have the option to rent tables, chairs, and upgraded carpet through GES, a third-party service.

Additionally, every exhibitor space comes with 2 full conference registrations, 10 tradeshow-only tickets, a list of PFCS attendees sent out 2 weeks before and after the conference, and access to 3 networking opportunities.

Each 2' x 6' exhibitor table space includes pipe and drape, a small company sign, and a 2' x 6' table with 2 chairs. The trade show is carpeted, and exhibitors have the option to rent upgraded carpet through GES, a third-party service.

Additionally, every exhibitor space comes with 2 full conference registrations, 10 tradeshow-only tickets, a list of PFCS attendees sent out 2 weeks before and after the conference, and access to 3 networking opportunities.

Exhibitors can move in on Tuesday, September 6, between 10am and 5pm and are free to pack up and move out on Thursday, September 8, after 1pm (when the trade show ends).

PFCS uses GES, a third-party vendor, for all tradeshow set-up, tear-down, and shipping logistics.

Exhibitors have the option to add additional booth staff for $150 per individual.

All cancellation requests must be received in writing.

Cancellation requests received before August 5, 2022 will receive a refund of booth fees, less a 25% cancellation fee.

Exhibitor fees are nonrefundable after August 5, 2022, and any booth that is not paid in full by then may be released.
